We have an opportunity for

Front of House Supervisor

of

37.5 hrs per week

to join our growing team

About The Role

Main tasks and duties

To adhere to company's health and safety policies; To serve and deliver food and drinks to customers; Excellent customer service; To ensure facilities hygiene standards are maintained; To promote and sell the hotel and its products with a friendly and helpful manner; To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance; To ensure effective communication to management and peers;

Required Criteria

A good level of spoken English is essential Highly responsible & reliable A positive and friendly attitude Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Desired Criteria

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Ability to Identify and Anticipate needs, Food Service Skills, Exceptional Customer Service Skills
