We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic & experienced front of house supervisor to join our team at Burger Boyz Cardiff, candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, think on their feet and deliver outstanding customer service at all times. Our team need to be passionate about our food and have a positive attitude.

This advert is for a full-time position with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts as required. Full front of house training will be given.

Responsibilities:

Preparing the bar and restaurant for service ensuring that our customers find it clean and organised at all times. Taking orders and using the till. Answering calls to deal with enquiries and table bookings. Preparing drinks to our high standards of quality. Running food & drinks to tables. Ensuring cleanliness and good organisation in the bar and restaurant area. Managing a small team of front of house employees. Dealing with any customer requests/feedback. Helping the kitchen manager with any additional tasks
Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience in front of house environment (1 years preferred) Pride in the quality of work and service provided. Able to meet all scheduling commitments Friendly, outgoing and confident personality is essential for this role, a real team player!
