We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services, providing exceptional hospitality to our guests while leading a team of staff. The ideal candidate will possess supervisory skills and service excellence.
Duties
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Supervise the front-of-house team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service delivery.
Train new staff members in service techniques, and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Wine and spirit knowledge is advantageous for the role.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
