Floor and Bar Supervisor

to join our team and help us deliver the best experience to our guests.

Role Overview:

As Floor and Bar Supervisor, you'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations on the floor and behind the bar. You'll lead by example, ensuring high standards of service, maintaining a smooth workflow, and supporting the management team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house during service. Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency of the bar and floor areas. Assist with training, motivating, and developing team members. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Support stock management, ordering, and inventory control. Uphold company policies, health and safety, and licensing regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Someone with initiative, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a supervisory or senior bar/floor role preferred, however full training is provided. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A hands-on, can-do approach with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.87-16.87 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
