We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities



Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for guests. Supervise and train front of house staff in drinks preparation, serving, and hospitality best practices. Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak times. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in all dining areas. Monitor food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in food production as needed, contributing to menu planning and execution. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery between front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, motivation, and professional development.

Requirements



Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Previous experience in barista roles or similar positions is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
