Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Lead the people on shift in delivering great service and excellent quality. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash and card transactions with precision, ensuring accurate billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or requests. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and ingredients, to assist guests effectively. Uphold health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and helping others is crucial for success in this role. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 24,420.00-41,657.56 per year
