We are looking for a positive and vibrant person with a background in hospitality &/or retail supervising to help us run our smaller location as we open a bigger premises. This role will entail some lone working so the ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently when required.
Responsibilities
Supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism.
Coordinate daily operations between the larger site and kitchen, facilitating effective communication.
Operate independently, maintaining a high level of service & cleanliness.
Monitor stock rotation and informing managers when levels are running low.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction whenever possible.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation, adhering to hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Help develop the offer by collaborating with management & passing along customer feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail or restaurant environment.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.35-12.54 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
