Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, with a background in food safety, bartending, and culinary practices.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage front of house staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism. Train and mentor team members in food safety protocols, customer service techniques, and operational procedures. Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food production and presentation. Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front of house areas in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in planning special events or promotions to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Experience in bartending or culinary roles is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
