The Clive Arms is an award-winning boutique inn, located in the heart of the Oakly Park Estate, offering luxury accommodation and dining in a relaxed atmosphere with dishes created from fresh, local and seasonal produce.
We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor, who's priority is to ensure our guests have an excellent visit. As well as the usual front of house duties, which will include meeting & greeting customers, taking orders, serving drinks and food and taking payments, all whilst maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and outstanding customer service, we expect our Front of House Supervisor to help manage a service, guide our team and help to implement training to ensure work is completed effectively. They will support the management team with events and bookings, bar management and the overall running of the restaurant and hotel. There is also an opportunity to work alongside our company marketing department to help deliver engaging promotions and social media content.
Our Front of House Supervisor will also be a key holder, with cashing up and locking up being a part of their shift. Evening and weekend working is an essential part of the role. The working week consists of 5 working days and 2 days off.
