Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front of house area, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of hospitality and food safety while managing a team of staff members.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of front of house staff Ensure that all food preparation and service adhere to health and safety regulations. Assist in training new staff on food production techniques, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence. Maintain a clean and organised front of house environment, ensuring all areas are presentable for guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality control. Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment.

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and staff alike Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Barista experience would be advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
