We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food production, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills. This role is crucial in ensuring that our restaurant provides an outstanding dining experience while maintaining high standards of quality and service. You will work closely with our Restaurant Manager to ensure our standards are maintain in delivering exceptional food and service to our guests. You will be motivated and be able to motivate the team by generating ideas to build up and bring together the entire venue.
Duties
Help manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, food preparation, and customer service.
Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver excellent service and uphold the restaurant's standards using our training packs in place.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring that all food and beverage supplies are adequately stocked and maintained.
Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies regarding food quality and hygiene.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities.
Liaise with the manager and General Manager to produce the best service and production.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
Strong knowledge of food production processes, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both staff and customers professionally.
A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences coupled with a keen eye for detail in service delivery.
Previous experience in hotel management or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
