Due to expansion in the business we are on the look out for a full time supervisor to add to our management team.
We are looking for someone with at least two years experience as a full time front of house including:
 Experience in running a busy section
 Knowledge and passion for fresh food and drinks
 Genuinely care for the guests experience and push yourself to go above and beyond daily
 Strong leadership skills and an eagerness to train staff
 Managing busy services
 Rosette experience (ideal but not necessary)
 An eagerness to learn and push yourself to the next level in management
In return for your hard work and efforts we will reward you with:
 Salary of 31,000 for 48 hours per week
 Fair share of tips (approx. 5000-6000 per year)
 Sunday and Monday off weekly (will need to work one breakfast shift every 4 weeks on a Sunday)
 Christmas Day and Boxing Day off
