To support the operational management, organisation and development of the food and beverage services at the College whilst meeting customer expectations, food and hygiene standards, financial targets and items highlighted by the Deputy Catering Operations Manager
Support the Deputy Catering Operations Manager with the successful management of the operational delivery of the highest possible standards of food and service to pupils, staff and customers at all services at all times.
Assist with the continuous development of both the internal and external catering service at Marlborough through the introduction of innovation and interest to ensure the required level of service at all times.
To achieve the required level of results across all areas of the operation, measured against the key performance indicators.
