We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services, providing exceptional customer experiences while leading and managing the team. Duties

Supervise daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring efficient service delivery. Lead and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer service and uphold company standards. Oversee food production processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and culinary excellence. Manage team schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Assist in bartending duties as required, maintaining knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. Knowledge of food production processes and culinary practices is advantageous. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous experience in bartending is considered a plus.
