Job Description
Are you passionate about great customer service? We're looking for a Part Time Front of House Supervisor to help lead our friendly coffee shop team with our busy and much-loved garden centre.
What you'll do:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations. Support and lead a our team of coffee shop assistants. Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and food safety Assist with stock ordering, rota planning and till operations Be hands on - serving customers, making drinks and helping the team.
What we are looking for:
Experience in a similar hospitality of cafe role. Confidence in leading a team with a positive, can-do attitude. Good working well under pressure in a busy customer -facing environment. Reliable, organised, and passionate about quality service.

Hours & Days:
This is a part time role for 4 days a week. ( 32 hours) Shifts are 9-5.30, days to be agreed but will include a Saturday. Holiday cover may be required.
