Job Description
The Lambing Shed Farm Shop is looking for an experienced
Front of House Supervisor
to join our busy farm shop cafe.This is a
full-time role
withdaytime hours only
(between 8:30am - 5:30pm), butweekend availability and flexibility are essential
.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service during breakfast, lunch, and afternoon service. Take orders, serve food, make coffees, and lead the FOH team on shift. Open and close the cafe, maintain hygiene standards, and support smooth daily operations. Report to the Front of House Manager and Assistant Manager.
What We're Looking For:
Previous supervisory experience is essential.
Strong communication and leadership skills under pressure. A team player with a passion for hospitality. Flexible and reliable, with weekend availability.What We Offer:
