Front of House Supervisor

Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Front of House Supervisor atThe Bankhouse. We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and managing our existing team whilst enhancing the overall dining experience. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch hospitality and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a fulltime Permanent Position & not suitable for students on holiday from University or College or Anyone under the age of 18 & must have had experience in a supervisory position within the hospitality trade.

Duties:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting beverages

- Take and deliver orders promptly and accurately

- Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience

- Prepare and serve beverages following established recipes and presentation standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently

- Uphold food safety standards and regulations at all times

Requirements:

- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality industry preferred

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Basic knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques

- Familiarity with kitchen operations to facilitate smooth collaboration with kitchen staff

- Proficiency in basic math for order processing and cash handling

- Understanding of food safety protocols to maintain a hygienic beverage service area
