We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to join our team in. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services while contributing to our mission of providing outstanding service to all our customers.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Experience in food preparation is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing demands
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
