This is an exciting 'Dual Role' for the right candidate.
The role consists of 3 days per week as Front of House Supervisor, assisting the Manager in running the busy cafe/bistro and 1 day per week in the kitchen preparing, cooking and plating the food to be served. Training will be provided.
This role will require the right candidate to cover days off and holidays of the full-time kitchen staff, and other holiday cover Front of House as required.
Supervisor Front of House duties to include barista, serving food & drinks, clearing tables, greeting customers, taking orders, restocking, taking payments (use of Epos Till System), cleaning, teamwork, customer service, supervising staff, ordering stock, collection of stock, assisting with social media, stock control, training staff, managing staff, managing bookings and assisting in organisation of events.
The Kitchen Role will consist of preparing and cooking the meals, cleaning, stock control, stock ordering, teamwork, customer experience and service. Assisting in preparation of events. Maintaining, managing and recording excellent levels of food hygiene standards.
