Summary
We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team at The Bradley Hare. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding food experiences while promoting sustainability.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure high standards of service.
Lead and manage the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Train and mentor staff on service excellence, menu knowledge, and hospitality best practices.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate service flow and enhance guest experiences.
Manage reservations and customer inquiries efficiently, addressing any issues promptly.
Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of food preparation and production processes.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Outstanding communication skills for effective guest interaction.
