About the Role
As a
Front of House Supervisor
, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive. You'll lead by example, support our FOH team, and work closely with the wider team across restaurant and accommodation operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor our booking systems, ensuring seamless guest organisation and flow
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service throughout all touchpoints
Oversee daily FOH operations including cleanliness, setup, and team coordination
Support and contribute to the business's social media presence where needed
Open the pub and serve breakfast to residents, supporting the morning team
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are ready for the day, supporting housekeeping as needed
Train, support and develop junior team members
Take the lead in handling guest feedback, ensuring all comments are addressed professionally
Maintain cellar organisation, monitor stock levels, and report equipment issues
Manage cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
Support upselling initiatives to drive additional revenue
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or team leader role
Excellent customer service skills and a hands-on, approachable attitude
Confident with bookings, cash handling, and daily service coordination
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
A collaborative team player who leads by example
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
