As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be the vibrant heartbeat of our establishment, ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door. Your leadership will inspire staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards in food safety and quality.
What you'll do
Supervise front of house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction at all times
Train and develop team members in customer service excellence, food handling, and operational procedures
Manage cash handling processes and oversee the operation of Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS
Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and quality control
Conduct inventory control to maintain stock levels and minimize waste
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their dining experience
Assist in budgeting and financial management to optimize restaurant performance
Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
Strong background in food service management, including culinary experience and kitchen management
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and staff training
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling
Experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
