Main Responsibilities

Working as part of a driven and professional team,our hospitality waiters make events special and memorable. based in our busy bar or restaurants,your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be required to prepare and serve drinks,replenish stocks,and if some cases make knowledgeable wine pairing recommendations to guests. This may include written orders,or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.


As the primary port of call for all guests during their meal; this role is to engage with guests to enhance their experience,efficiently and accurately communicating their requests with kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.

Working Hours

This is a flexible role with shifts to work around your education,commitments and social events. Our horse racing season starts in October and runs until May alongside a busy conference and events schedule you can pick and choose how much or little you wish to work. In addition to this there is the opportunity to travel to other compass venues.

Skills / Qualifications
