to join our brand-new Brixton branch.

Role Overview:

As

Front of House Team Leader

, you'll play a key part in the daily operations of the store -- leading the front-of-house team, supporting service, managing orders, and ensuring excellent customer experience. You'll be hands-on, organised, and ready to create a positive atmosphere for both the team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during shifts Organise daily tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude Prepare and package orders accurately for takeaway and delivery Ensure smooth and efficient service, even during peak times Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times
