We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front of House Team Leader to join our vibrant establishment. Duties

Lead and supervise the front of house team, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times. Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and motivation. Ensure that all areas are clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards. Assist in serving customers and handling any queries or complaints with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery during peak times.

Requirements

Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, with supervisory or team management experience preferred. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced environment. You will be a keyholder and must have cash handling experience.

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 45 per week
