Front of house Team Mamber

We would like to invite you to join our small but close family here at the Talbot in Kempsey.

Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers Interact with customers, take food and drink orders, and provide recommendations Maintain a clean and organized bar area Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service The running of food to tables and the helping of clearing the resturant and garden
Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members Familiarity with restaurant operations and knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages

Experience:

Hospitality: 1 year (preferred) Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
