Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and providing outstanding guest services. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus. Take orders accurately and efficiently while upselling additional items when appropriate. Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Making and serving drinks Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management as needed. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to maintain service efficiency during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to perform basic math calculations for order processing. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.
