We are looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team who are excited and willing to grow with us as a brand. We have been making delicious creations, in house, with wellness at the heart for the last 5 years and know we have something special. We believe in our brand and our people and hope you will too!
We are being invited to open up in Bicester Village for a temporary pop-up January to March and would love for you to join the team.
We require someone that is highly experienced in customer service settings, while having knowledge of matcha, wellness and making beautiful drinks with their best face forward.
We don't ask our customer's what they want, we ask them how they feel. Which is why we would love someone with a positive flair and passion to make our customers feel their best while tasting the best drinks in London!
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met. Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Upsell to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
