This role is open to both Front of House team member and Bar/ Mixologist. We are looking to employ someone passionate in their role and works well in a team of mixed personalities with the same mindset.
Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
Serve food and beverages while ensuring presentation meets our quality standards.
Assist with food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Uphold food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards.
Handle cash transactions and manage payments with basic math skills.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Engage in upselling techniques to promote menu items effectively.
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to maintain service flow.
Skills
Previous experience in hospitality or a restaurant environment is highly desirable.
Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is an advantage.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
A team player who can work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.
