Job Overview:

We are seeking a warm, friendly and experienced person to join our front of house team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in hospitality, both bar and restaurant is preferable, and can assist in various front-end tasks, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

-Making drinks, including cocktails

- Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar

- Checking the dates of products and rotating stock as appropriate

- Greet customers warmly and assist with seating arrangements

- Assist with taking food and drink orders accurately

- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously

- Maintain cleanliness in the front-of-house area

- Handle cash transactions and operate the till efficiently

- Uphold food safety standards at all times

- Deliver high-quality hospitality to enhance the overall customer experience

Skills:

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

- Bartending skills are essential

- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
