We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in restaurant settings or food service is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently to optimise seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated Serve food and drinks with professionalism and attentiveness, maintaining high standards of customer service Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and provide correct change Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety protocols and hygiene standards

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Experience in serving or culinary roles is advantageous Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues Willingness to upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales potential
