Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant front of house team. The successful candidate will be a welcoming face to our establishment, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic restaurant environment, contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, ensuring a positive first impression Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations and upselling where appropriate Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety procedures

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is essential Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and sales performance Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts Knowledge on wines and cocktails is an advantage Kitchen or culinary experience is beneficial but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential To hold a personal license is an advantage, but not essential
