Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately using POS systems Prepare drinks in accordance with safety and quality standards Handle cashier duties including cash handling, POS transactions Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, counters Assist with food handling, delivering food Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed Follow all health, safety guidelines in compliance with food industry standards

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service, barista duties, or cafe environments is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving, or working in a fast-paced restaurant setting is advantageous Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
