We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join us as we head into the busy months of July and August.
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards and restaurant guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
Assist in training new team members on front of house procedures and best practices.
Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and billing.
Experience
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong culinary skills with a good understanding of food preparation techniques.
Excellent time management abilities to handle busy service periods effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is advantageous.
A passion for guest services and a desire to help create a positive dining atmosphere.
