Overview
We are currently seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team in providing excellent customer service ensuring a seamless dining and drinking experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Taking orders and serving drinks/food
- Providing clear information on menu and allergens
- Handling payments through our POS system
- Opening/Closing duties
- Following Health & Safety Standards
Experience
- Proven experience in a guest-facing environment is desirable
- A positive attitude to work, always ready to offer world-class service to everyone who walks through our door!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
