Job Description

Front of House staff make a huge difference to the success of Fervid Fitness. They ensure the most fundamental expectations of our members are met. Front of House staff display high energy, motivation, excellent communication and are committed to setting high standards for the club with the understanding that meeting the member's expectations is a critical and integral part of the clubs' operations. Your role within the business also includes supporting members with enquiries and onboarding whilst providing outstanding customer service.

Job purpose:

The Front of House staff at Fervid Fitness serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors, delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's energy and commitment to wellness. They are responsible for greeting members, managing check-ins, handling enquiries, maintaining a welcoming and organised reception area, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the facility. By providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service, they help create a motivating and professional atmosphere that enhances member satisfaction and retention. FOH staff will create a welcoming and supportive environment for members and guests. Acting as the "face of the club", the FOH staff provide exceptional customer service, support member retention by fostering strong relationships, and ensure the smooth and professional running of the front of house.

Responsibilities & Duties



Business



To ensure all consumables are correctly stocked up for members to use. To complete any other duties that are reasonable to the club team in particular when focused around club standards, health & safety and hygiene. To deliver an exceptional customer experience within a safe and fun environment where the customer feels they belong and advocates for the club. Provide a warm, professional welcome to all members, guests, and visitors. Manage check-ins, memberships, and bookings using club systems. Respond promptly and effectively to member queries, feedback, and concerns. Support new members with onboarding and orientation of club facilities.

To actively create a positive working environment for all team members. To ensure your own personal and professional development is maintained and focused on. Create an inclusive environment where all members feel valued, safe, and supported. Handle sensitive situations (e.g., complaints, health concerns, membership cancellations) with empathy and discretion.

General and Club Responsibilities

Ensure reception area, "Fuelled" area, gym floor and changing areas are clean, safe, and welcoming. Report maintenance or facility issues promptly to management. Act as an ambassador for the club, representing it positively in all interactions.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
