Burger Boyz are expanding to Cardiff and we are looking for friendly, enthusiastic & dependable front of house staff members to join our team. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, think on their feet and deliver outstanding customer service at all times. Our team need to be passionate about our food and have a positive attitude.
This role is for a part time position, with a starting hourly rate of 7.55-12.21 dependant on candidates age.
Responsibilities:
Preparing the bar and restaurant for service ensuring that our customers find it clean and organised at all times.
Taking orders, handling cash, issuing change and using the till.
Answering calls to deal with enquiries and table bookings.
Preparing drinks & desserts
Running food & drinks to tables
Ensuring cleanliness and good organisation in the bar and restaurant area
Assisting the manager with any additional duties
Ideal candidate requirements:
Experience in front of house or retail.
Pride in the quality of work and service provided.
Able to meet all scheduling commitments
Friendly, outgoing and confident personality is essential for this role.
