We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House - Team Member (Full-time) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring exceptional service throughout their dining experience. This position requires individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Assist with seating arrangements effectively. Take orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary. Refill the ingredients display shelves and complimentary sauce station throughout the day. Process the takeaway/delivery orders efficiently Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Support catering events as required, assisting with setup and breakdown. Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in bartending or catering is a plus but not mandatory. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential qualities for this role.
