The Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the welcoming face of BANK. From greeting guests with warmth to serving plates with flair, you'll create an atmosphere that feels both refined and relaxed. Your role is about more than service -- it's about storytelling. Every smile, every recommendation, every perfectly poured drink helps guests connect with our history, our food, and our community.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with Northern warmth and professional service Deliver table and bar service with attention to detail and genuine care Share menu and drinks knowledge with confidence and enthusiasm Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service, even at pace Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Support a new opening by bringing energy, reliability, and commitment Embody the BANK values: invested in history, people, craft, and community

About You

You'll bring:

A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills A natural passion for hospitality and making people feel at home Confidence in a busy, guest-focused environment Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred, not essential) Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of the team Pride in representing Glossop and contributing to a new local landmark
