Manchester Art Gallery is a vibrant and inspiring cultural venue that combines art, creativity, and hospitality experiences.

We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting and varied role which would see you working across our popular cafe as well as a variety of events including conferences, weddings and private dinners. Responsibilities

:

Provide excellent customer service in all areas, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests Assist with food and drink preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organised environment Support the setup, service, and breakdown of events, including weddings, conferences, and private dinners Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times Work collaboratively with the wider gallery to deliver smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle busy periods confidently Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.60 per hour
