Responsibilities
Provide warm and welcoming hospitality, engaging with customers to create memorable experiences and build lasting relationships.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, ensuring that every aspect of the environment reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.
Collaborate with team members to uphold standards of excellence in all aspects of cafe operations, from beverage preparation to customer interactions.
Be punctual, professional and friendly in all aspects of your role.
Provide menu recommendations and upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly.
Support team members in various tasks as required, fostering a cooperative working environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, with capability to manage busy rushes without a sweat.
Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating meaningful connections with guests.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
