Job Summary

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently Provide attentive guest services, addressing any special requests or concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and bar area. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Assist in setting up and clearing tables during service periods Support team members in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout shifts

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods Experience in guest services or customer-facing roles is desirable Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as required

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
