Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Duties

Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout service Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed Upsell menu items to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities Handle payments accurately using the POS system and provide correct change Keep the dining area clean, organised, and inviting at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Address guest enquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent guest services Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient operation

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation skills are advantageous Experience in serving, guest services, or culinary roles will be beneficial Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Kitchen or culinary experience can enhance understanding of food presentation and preparation processes Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour
