Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their dining experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of hospitality that our establishment is known for.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, providing menus and taking initial orders. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times. Support the kitchen team by delivering orders promptly and accurately while maintaining communication with both guests and kitchen staff. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly disposition and a passion for hospitality. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Basic kitchen or culinary experience is beneficial but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
