Front Of House Team Member
Job Description
The Front of House owns the crucial first impression. Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic membership salesperson to join our team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness; desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude. Must be self-motivated and detail oriented, ensuring every member and prospect experiences our elite standard of professionalism and warmth from the moment they walk through the door. This is a leadership role focused entirely on atmosphere and seamless member flow.
This is a full-time position and this role will include the following:
Phone calls to incoming Leads
Sales tours within the club
General operational duties
Emailing current and prospective members/enquiries
Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
Marketing Outreach - Organize and conduct events to build community awareness and drive new memberships.
Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance etc)
Administration
Social media and club management reporting
Candidates should have the following:
Strong communication skills Friendly, approachable personality and strong communication skills A passion for helping people succeed in their health and wellness goals Reliability and attention to detail Interest in marketing, promotions, and community engagement Outstanding customer service and people skills A proven ability to hit targets
