Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a lively restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and ensure a friendly, professional atmosphere at all times Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Handle guest enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service Assist with food safety procedures and ensure compliance with hygiene standards Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow Manage cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Contribute positively to the team environment by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is desirable Experience in guest services or customer-facing roles will be beneficial Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing purposes Kitchen or culinary experience can enhance understanding of food presentation and service standards Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour
