Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic bar and restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. This position is paid and suitable for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy engaging with guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome throughout their visit Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently Provide attentive guest services, addressing any needs or concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including the bar area, tables and service stations Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times Assist with basic food preparation when required, supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including handling payments and giving change Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous Experience with serving, upselling, and guest services will be beneficial in delivering excellent customer experiences Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
