Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are noted Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards Assist in food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control Maintain a clean and organised front of house area, including dining tables and service stations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen roles is advantageous Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly rapport with guests A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well within a team environment

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
