We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Take customer orders accurately using EPOS systems. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house area, including bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary experience is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Experience with POS systems is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations are required. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
