Spice Hut Fried Chicken and Grill is preparing to launch in Preston, and we are building a strong and dedicated team to support our new store. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and maintaining high quality standards. Both full time and part time positions are available in the following roles:

Available Positions:

Order Takers and Packers Kitchen Porters Kitchen Helpers

Role Responsibilities:

Order Takers and Packers

Welcoming customers and taking orders accurately Packing food items efficiently and maintaining presentation standards Handling customer queries politely and professionally Ensuring work areas remain clean, organised and safe

Kitchen Porters

Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with cleaning and preparation tasks Washing utensils, equipment and maintaining hygiene standards Assisting with basic food preparation when required Ensuring the kitchen area is always tidy and compliant with food safety rules

Kitchen Helpers

Assisting with food preparation such as seasoning, marinating, cutting and cooking support Ensuring food items are prepared to company standards Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen workstations Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum six months of experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred, but candidates with a strong willingness to learn will also be considered Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Punctual, reliable and committed to maintaining high hygiene and service standards Must be available to work evenings, weekends and peak hours when required
